I made 8 Plamps for the Foodlab restaurant at the Woonbeurs 2008 (Dutch design fair). They looked pretty cool over there!
This series of 8 exclusive Plamps is now for sale. (250 euros/Plamp) Please email to: info@dreamingreen.nl if you are interested.

At the moment I’m working on a couple of Green Dreams at a time. Here are the first results of my experimentations with Dream 3: “Grow-a-Curtain”. It’s a curtain made of Tillandsia (Air Plant). It needs nothing (no soil, no container) but just a bit of water (spray) every 8 days. Let’s grow some curtains! If you have any feedback, please email to: info@dreamingreen.nl

I made some new floral Plamps! More soon…
Here’s the do-it yourself manual for making your own Plamp:

We invited top photographer THE MOFO to do a photo interpretation of the Plamp (dream 1). We think that they are sensational!!! (although we are happy that nobody got electrocuted!) Click here to see more images of the session. If you like to submit photo impressions of your Plamp too, please send them to info@dreamingreen.nl and we may post them here. UPDATE: Here is the first photo of a self-made Plamp.
If you are affraid of getting your hands dirty with the use of the free DIY manual. Or like to have a Plamp especially made on request with a specific shape, size, colour, specific plant, amount, etc? You may want to order a Plamp-On-Request. It will be handmade and signed by
. Prices start at 250 euro. Email to: info@dreamingreen.nl

Nowadays so many areas are highly polluted. Big cities are covered in smog. Some people have aircos but the quality of the air is often still very bad. Why can’t we all have a Green Lung in our homes? If you have enough plants in your home you may not need the polluted air from the city. Some questions: 1.) How many plants are needed to supply oxygen for one person? 2.) Which type of plants? 3.) How to store and take care of so many plants in one city apartment? I found these links: link 1, link 2, link 3. I’m already dreaming and will make and publish a first prototype here soon. If you like to help, please email to: info@dreamingreen.nl and/or check this site once in a while to see the progress.
